Order Process

The process for making an order to Grognard Simulations:

1) Send an email as described in the "Make an Order" page

2) I will calculate the postage and verify I have the requested items and create and send an invoice for your approval
2a) If I do not have a requested item I will send you a reply letting you know and when it might be back in stock

3) With your positive reply I will send a PayPal Invoice for the funds (PayPal does not require you to have an account and you can pay via a credit card)

4) With the payment complete I will place your order in the mail

I only use the US Postal Service for shipping.

I endeavor to send orders out as quickly as possible. Sometimes it doesn't happen due to waits for components. So please allow at least 2 weeks for delivery unless you hear directly from me that the wait will be longer.
